Reality Bomb
Wondrous Item, Very Rare
As an action, you can throw this bomb at a point up to 60 feet away. With a grenade launcher, you can propel the bomb up to 120 feet away.
One round after the bomb lands, it emits an aura of reality in a 20-foot radius for one minute. Inside the aura, magic does not exist. Spells can’t be cast, summoned creatures disappear, and even magic items become mundane. Spells and other magical effects that target a creature or object in the sphere have no effect on that target and any magical effect that would overlap the aura are suppressed inside its radius.
After it is thrown, the bomb is destroyed and cannot be used again.
