The Mad King's Brew, a sinister potion birthed in the cursed alchemy labs of the Wasted Spire, carries the legacy of a monarch driven to insanity by unseen whispers.
Any creature that consumes this potion must succeed on a DC15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, it grows mad and must use its turn to move and make an attack against the nearest creature other than itself. This effect lasts for one minute or until it has been subjected to the spell Protection from Poison or similar magic.
