To bind a fiend to one’s service, its true name is required. Unfortunately, the true names of fiends are carefully guarded secrets. Finding one requires great effort. Some mages keep tomes of names... they are valuable and highly guarded. You could entreat with a demon of greater power for the name of one of their subordinates but the price is often higher than the reward. Or, if you are very clever, you could trick a fiend into revealing their name to you. If you choose that path, I pray that you are very, very clever.
